1. Framework Clarifications

1.1. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully because by visiting and/or using the website www.improvedfootball.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions of Use at certain intervals, as IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL reserves the right to modify them frequently without prior notice.

1.2. We will notify you of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions by displaying them on the website. Changes made in this way are considered accepted by the user if they continue to use the service after the changes are posted on the website, in the Terms and Conditions section.

1.3. Your use of our products, applications, services, software applications, and websites, except for services provided to you through a separate written contract, is governed by the terms of this document.

1.4. Except for contrary agreements made in writing with IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL, your contract with IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL will always include at least the Terms and Conditions specified in this document. These are hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions."

1.5. "IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL" is a company registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal, according to the current legislation. This site and the services offered are the property of IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL and are exclusively controlled by it, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office in Romania. Any dispute related to the access and use of this site is subject to Romanian law and falls exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.

1.6. By the term "Partners," we mean suppliers, internal and external distributors of products and services that are the subject of the IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL offer, clients, other partner organizations.

1.7. By the term "User," we mean the legal representative of persons lacking legal capacity (under 14 years of age) and persons with limited legal capacity (between 14-18 years of age). Thus, in the case of persons lacking legal capacity, namely persons who have not reached the age of 14, registration for competitions will be carried out by the legal representative (parents or another person appointed by the guardianship court), and in the case of persons who have reached the age of 14 but have not reached the age of majority (18 years), registration will be approved by parents or a legal guardian.

2. Activity Organization: Registration and Payments

2.1. Users can register for the camp by using the website interface www.improvedfootball.com, with a maximum of 50 children admitted. Following registration, sports competitions will be organized, and these competitions will be video recorded and posted on the IMPROVED FOOTBALL YouTube channel, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

2.2. The user can access any competition from the available offer, within the limit of available places and the eligibility criteria established for each competition.

2.3. To make a valid registration for a competition, the user will need to provide certain personal data, which must be completed in the dedicated fields. In case the provided data is incomplete or incorrect, IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL reserves the right not to validate the registration and not to reserve a place for the course.

2.4. After registration, IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL will send the user a tax invoice. This will be sent to the user's email address provided by the user.

2.6. If the user registers and does not receive a tax invoice at the provided email address, they are requested to notify IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL at the email address contact@improvedfootball.com.

2.7. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL does its best to display clear information about the conduct of the competitions. If the user does not understand these or finds them unclear, the user is requested to contact IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL for clarification.

2.8. The user is obliged to remember and periodically check the site's regulations. For competitions, IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL may organize certain competitions on their own. For these competitions, the user will receive additional rules from IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL, which will also be communicated through the site. In the case of the competitions organized by the partners, additional rules may be defined.

2.9. After payment, IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL reserves the right not to refund the fees paid in case of cancellation of participation.

2.10. After payment, IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL will issue the tax invoice and send it to the user by email, at the address provided in the registration process. The invoice must be paid within a maximum of 3 days from the date of issuance.

2.11. Any changes to the user's data after the payment is made can be made only by sending an email to contact@improvedfootball.com.

2.12. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL does not have access to the user's payment details. All data related to credit card payments is processed by a payment processor that meets the highest security standards for such transactions. All payments made to IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL are made exclusively on the platform provided by the payment processor.

2.13. By completing the registration form for a competition, the user agrees to receive communications and notifications from IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL regarding their participation in the respective competition, without having to opt-in to any other notification service. These notifications are intended solely to provide the user with information about the competition they are registered for. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL may also send notifications of other competitions that may be of interest to the user.

3. Personal Information and Privacy

3.1. In order to use the services provided by IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL, you may be required to provide personal information. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL will process this personal data in accordance with the legal provisions regarding data protection and privacy. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's Privacy Policy sets out how your personal data is processed and protected. By using IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL services, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's Privacy Policy.

3.2. You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the personal data provided to IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL. If any data provided changes, you must promptly update it. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL is not responsible for the consequences of any inaccuracies in your personal data, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL for any damages or losses caused by such inaccuracies.

4. Security

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. You agree to immediately notify IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL takes all reasonable measures to protect your personal information and data but cannot guarantee the complete security of the data transmitted through its services. You acknowledge that any data transmission over the internet is not entirely secure, and you agree to use IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL services at your own risk.

7. Termination of Terms and Conditions

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by either you or IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by ceasing to use the IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL services. IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement.

7.2. Upon termination of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use the IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL services will immediately cease, and you will no longer have access to your account or any related data.

7.3. Termination of these Terms and Conditions will not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities accrued before the effective date of termination or any obligations that are intended to survive termination, including, but not limited to, the provisions related to intellectual property, payment, liability, and dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content provided by IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Except as expressly authorized by IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL in writing, you may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services or any portion thereof.

8.2. You retain any intellectual property rights you may have in your content posted to or transmitted through IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.1.2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
10.1.3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services.
10.1.4. Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services by any third party.
10.1.5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. In no event shall the total liability of IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services.

10.3. You specifically acknowledge that IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL shall not be liable for content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

10.4. The limitation of liability set forth in this section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the applicable jurisdiction. You specifically acknowledge that IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL shall not be liable for content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

11. Indemnification

11.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services, including your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL's services shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

12.2. If the parties cannot reach an amicable resolution within 30 days of the initiation of the negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the then-existing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the city or region where IMPROVED FOOTBALL SRL has its headquarters. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

12.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of {LAW_STATE} without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
