A former football player, now a technical and finishing coach, author, and educator, Ciprian combines hands-on experience from performance football with the discipline and structure of the corporate world, where he was a top performer in IT sales. This unique background enabled him to build a solid, scalable project with real and measurable impact.

For more than 7 years, Ciprian has worked directly on the training pitch, delivering individual football training sessions focused on technical development and finishing. During this time, he has personally trained over 1,500 young players, helping them improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game through structured, age-appropriate methodology.
